9th Annual New York International Salsa Congress
Held every Labor weekend for 3 days and 4 nights, it is a celebration of Latin dance and music with the overall focus to unit, develop and educate Salsa dancers and Latin music enthusiast.

Where: Hilton New York (1335 Ave. Of the Americas & 53rd St.) Across from Radio City Music Hall, around the corner from Carnegie Hall and just walking distance from Times Square. 

* Over 45 workshops from beginner to advanced levels in different styles of Latin dance, being taught by a list of the most sought after Instructors both nationally and internationally renowned.

* Over 90 Spectacular Artist Showcases comprised of the hottest local and international dance groups from Thursday to Sunday. Not to mention our daily matinee performances starting at 6 PM.

*Saturday matinee performances (starting at 6 PM) N.Y.'s Got Salsa Youth Showcase.

* The 1st Annual Youth Mini NY Salsa Congress

* Live (4 Day) Concert Series with some of the most sought after & respected bands in the Latino community, plus DJs playing the Hottest Salsa and Cha-Chas around.

* The 3rd Annual N.Y. International Salsa Congress Dance Championship. Let's see who will be crowned the 2009 champions.

* The Farewell Salsa Cruise on Monday (Sept. 7th).
