Q. 05. What if I want to cancel my membership?

A. We will be very sad. But If you really decided to do so, here are some options.

By definition, cancellation is the permanent termination of a membership. All member's information is removed from the member database, but all contributions and content previously uploaded by the member, such as postings, blogs, galleries, etc., will remain. These are NOT deleted.

Also, if you are receiving a commission from a friend that you recommend to join through our affiliate program, and that friend decided to cancel, you will no longer get the commission for that account.

There are three ways a member can initiate a cancellation of a monthly membership.

Through PayPal. A PayPal member can go into his or her PayPal account and cancel the scubscription from that end. This action would automatically send a notice to our membership site and cancel the membership (remove the member from the Boricua Network profiles permenatly). In addition, PayPal would send Boricua Network an e-mail of this cancellation, and our server system would send all admins of Boricua Network a confirmation of this cancellation.
Through the Boricua Network Membership Site. A member can cancel their membership through their Boricua Network membership page. Once Boricua Network get the notice, we go into PayPal and cancel your membership. To do so, click the "rolodex card" icon on the top of the page. This will take you to your members information page where you edit your profile. Scroll down. Click in "delete this account". Then click "Yes, I am sure I want to delete this account." When the member confirms "Next", they are immediately removed from the site, and a notice is sent to all admins with the member's information.
Admin Notification. A member can notify Boricua Network, by any means, and ask the site admin to cancel his or her membership.
